I was blessed to meet little Shaylen on Sunday. I could tell within the first few minutes of the session that she is the center of her mommy, daddy, and grandma & grandpa's world! I'd been warned that she was pretty "camera shy" (which I've had experience from with Molly) but I think we did very well! She's so beautiful - with or without a smile on her face! What a lucky little girl to have a family who absolutely adores her. Thanks for some great photo ops, Shepherd Family!!

Molly - finally the spell is broken...

Molly has been "camera shy" or possibly "camera stubborn" for about 10 months!! She would be all smiles until I put the camera up. Well I believe that stage is finally over!!!!!! We were able to capture some cute pictures of her doing what she loves doing the most... looking at books! I love this little girl to pieces. Isn't she just adorable?!

Ellie

I could hardly wait to do Ellie's first photography session! I went to Nashville to meet this little doll baby and I think you can see from these pictures that she is just perfect. I look at Ellie and I think "God is SO good". Ellie has such a great life ahead of her. I hope she always knows how much her Auntie Ashley loves her. And I hope someday she grows up to be as beautiful as her mommy and as funny as her daddy!

Dawsyn - 6 months old

Isn't she a little beauty!? Dawsyn has grown and changed so much since our last session 3 months ago! I am thrilled with these pictures. Nothing better than a sweet baby girl! :)

Brynn and Noah

Brynn and Noah's mom and I have become good friends through work and so I was very excited when she asked me to take pictures of her two kids! It doesn't matter how old your "babies" get, it's so important to photograph them. With Brynn beginning high school next week, these are precious times. Capture the beauty of your children's childhood at every stage in their lives. I know the Roy family will be so happy they have these pictures -and the fact that these were taken at their grandparents' gorgeous property makes them even more special!

The Hancock Family

I love the Hancock's. They are the one of the sweetest families I know and they are all such beautiful people!! This was a fun photo shoot for me. I know I've done my job well when I go home and I'm sitting at my computer, looking through the pictures and I feel confident that I've captured something they will treasure forever. They wanted to get some family pictures before their oldest child moves away for college. Lots of people will miss Brianne while she takes on this new adventure, but I know her three sisters and her parents will the most.

Treasure life. Treasure the moments when you're around ALL the people that mean the most to you. As life goes on and everyone grows up, sometimes those moments become few and far between. Don't miss out. Capture those.
