the Pettes family
You take: ADORABLE kids, a HAPPY family, and true LOVE. How can you mess up these pictures?! I am so glad I got to photograph this family. Those children are absolutely precious. I had a lot of fun with them and wanted to take them home with me by the end of it. Our session had been sabotaged with a failed location plan, a rain out, a failed backup location plan, & a sick mommy. In the end, it was worth the wait and flexibility! Thanks Pettes family, for being such a pleasure to be with and photograph! xoxo

There's No Place Like Granna & Grandpa's House
Hard to believe this little guy is 2 years old! I remember taking his first pictures at 6 months old and just drooling at my computer over his BLUE eyes! This was such a fun little session right at Granna & Grandpa's house. What better place to be!? I just chased little Luke around the house and we got some cute shots playing and having fun. I love the first picture. That was his mommy's idea. The sky is so beautiful and the house looks so inviting, just like grandparents houses should be. Luke has a wonderful Granna and Grandpa. He has a wonderful family. What a joy to photograph!

"Thank God I'm a country boy"
This session was supposed to be "Easter pictures with the baby lambs and baby ducks". Sounds precious and cute and fluffy, right? Well "supposed to be" flies out the window when you're working with animals and a 1 year old. haha! The animals had grown quicker than we expected and Cameron was still just a little shy to get too close. Regardless, we turned this into a pretty cute session. This little boy LOVES being outside and when you live on a peaceful, country farm - who wouldn't?! We got some pictures of him in his element - tractors, farm animals, barns, and dirt! I love photographing Cameron. Pictures are so important to his mommy and she will be so glad she has them someday. <3
